Please note that all items are shipped through USPS First Class Mail 3-4 days.

Please Note that Aziza Handcrafted is not responsible for lost nor stolen merchandise after goods have been confirmed as delivered. 

Aziza Handcrafted is not responsible for any international packages that have not been delivered or still in transit nor do we refund for those packages.  Once packages leave the U.S it is up to your countries customs in allowing you to receive the package or not. Being that, we have no control for what customs may hold from delivery or when they feel to deliver items. Unfortunately it is a disadvantage because if item is to be replaced, there is no telling if you will receive the new package too. And being there is no refund because your package may be released, unfortunately there is no telling when.

If there is any issues with packaging delay past 2 weeks please email info@azizahandcrafted.com as we will file a claim and take further actions to help you get your purchased goods. 

Sales Tax

Please note that local charges (sales tax, custom duty) may occur, depending on region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
